There is no doubt that we are currently facing some difficult times with no knowledge on how long it may last.
The demand for our products is extremely high and we are working hard to ensure that we continue to supply our customers with quality products and a high level of customer service.
We ask that when you are placing an order with us that homeowners submit their kerosene orders through our website www.oilnrg.co.uk where possible, and commercial customers via email to email@example.com
Please also allow us as much flexibility with your date of delivery as this will allow us to schedule orders for the elderly and vulnerable accordingly and ensure we are prioritising orders for those most in need.
We would also ask where possible that payments are made via Credit or Debit Card at time of order as this will minimise contact for our customers, drivers and office staff which will increase the safety for all.
Please take care of yourself, your family and friends and thank you for choosing Oil NRG and we look forward to delivering to you soon.
